内容简介:
战略管理的课程目标是在价值引领上,通过课程思政,坚持知识传授与价值引领相统一、显性教育与隐性教育相统一,引导员工爱国、爱校、爱家、爱专业,培养德才兼备的良好品质。在“知识+能力+素质”促进目标上:使员工在掌握战略管理基本流程的基础之上,采用当代国际著名教育技术理论家梅瑞尔的五星教学法为设计理念,通过循序渐进的实际问题解决情境将教师和本领域最新研究热点和研究成果融入教学,通过问题启发、互动研讨、课下探究和线上拓展等方式,激发员工内在学习动机,引导员工学以致用、知行合一,打造高阶课程,体现课程的前沿性和时代性。
本课程的教学目的在于培养和提升员工的战略性思维能力,使其能从高层管理者的视角看待企业面临的环境挑战及各项经营管理问题。通过线上与线下混合式教学模式,使员工了解战略管理中战略分析、战略选择、战略评价、战略控制和战略实施各阶段的主要工作内容及其方法,进而在熟练掌握上述内容的基础上,能利用有关理论和方法,分析企业战略管理中的具体问题,并能够提出初步的解决方案。员工通过学习战略制定和实施的基本理论和方法,提高战略决策和实践能力,成为适应中国企业管理实际的高级应用型管理人才。
本课程为考试课,总评成绩由平时成绩和期末考试二个环节综合评定产生,所占比例分别为50%和50%。

Course Description:
The goal of strategic management is to lead the students to be patriotic, love the school, love the family and the profession, and cultivate the good quality of both ability and political integrity through the curriculum ideological and political education which insists on the unity of knowledge teaching and value leading, explicit education and implicit education. In terms of promoting the goal of "knowledge + ability + quality'' : on the basis of grasping the basic process of strategic management, this course uses the five-star teaching method of contemporary international famous educational technology theorist M. David Merrill as the design idea, integrate current hot spots and research results in the field into the teaching to inspire students’ inner study interests.
The purpose of this course is to cultivate and improve students' strategic thinking ability, so that they can see the environmental challenges and management problems from the perspective of senior managers. Through online and offline blended teaching mode, students can understand the main work contents and methods in the strategic analysis, strategic selection, strategy evaluation, strategical control and strategy implementation stages, and then, on the basis of mastering the above contents, they can analyze the specific problems in strategic management and propose the initial solutions. By learning the basic theory and methods of strategy formulation and implementation, students can improve their ability of strategic decision-making and practice, and become advanced applied managerial talents who adapt to the actual management of Chinese enterprises.
This course is an examination course. The overall assessment results are obtained from both the grade equivalents and the final examination, accounting for 50 and 50 percent, respectively.
